Useful information for travellers will be provided at the Air Passenger Rights Day at Václav Havel Aiport Prague on June 26, 2014. The Air Passenger Rights Day will be held at Terminal 2 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

This year, we mean to focus especially on how to proceed when experiencing problems with luggage – what do do at the airport and subsequently how to claim compensation. At the Prague Airport we will also provide information concerning your rights when flight are delayed or cancelled, including free-of-charge care and potential compensation, as well as advice how to avoid unfair car rental companies abroad and how to claim goods bought in other EU countries as well as Norway and Iceland.

The event is organized in cooperation with the Czech Aviation Authority.
