Our partner centre in the UK is still a member of the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net). We can therefore continue to help consumers resolve complaints against entrepreneurs from this country free of charge. Existing British consumer law is still based on European legislation. European consumers can also use the ADR out-of-court dispute resolution system. Judicial instruments, such as the European Small Claims Procedure, may also be used for disputes arising before 31 December 2020.
